Enjoy some adrenaline-fuelled action at Rusty's Rumble in Da Jungle surfing competition later this month.

BALI, INDONESIA, April 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- People staying in hotels in Kuta who want to spend a few days at the beach should consider heading to Sanur Reef at the end of April.

For almost three weeks, this beachside location will play host to Rusty's Rumble in Da Jungle surfing competition, starting on April 26th.

The event is part of the Coca-Cola Indonesian Surfing Championship (ISC) Tour and this will be the eighth year that the contestants have battled it out on the waves around Sanur.

Last year saw Dede Suryana - a Bali native - walk away with the top honours, narrowly beating the 2007 winner Lee Wilson.

Anyone who wants to watch some of the action at this year's competition can grab a spot on Bangsal Beach and wait for the fun to begin.

This year, Imade Awan heads into the tournament as the favourite, having won the Oakley Pro event last weekend.

He also has the advantage that Sanur is his hometown, which could give him an added boost going into the competition, Suryana told the Jakarta Globe.

Awan currently leads the ISC championship standings, with Suryana in second place.

Bali will play host to three further surfing competitions in the ISC season, including the final event in November at Keramas in Gianyar.
