Ms. Novak has many years of experience in sports and has been the director of public relations and media for US Speedskating for a year. She is considered an expert in conducting sporting events. US Speedskating is a non-profit organization that is recognized by the United States Olympic Committee and the International Skating Union as the governing body of speedskating as a legitimate sporting event. She attributes her success to her hard work, persistence and the continued support of her family. Ms. Novak became involved in her profession because of her love of sports.

Currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree, Ms. Novak received her Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 2000 and her Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Denver in 1995. She is an affiliated member of the PRA.
